Following this appointment, a consultant will provide one week of on-site services. He or she will install OpenNMS, configure it to meet your needs, and train your staff on the solution as built. Included is a one-year Prime support subscription.

Greenlight+ includes all of the above and two weeks of on-site services.

A consultant from the OpenNMS Group will reach out for a pre-visit consultation, evaluate your needs and requirements, and perform a two day onsite visit. During this visit, he or she will be available to help install and configure OpenNMS for your needs as well as provide any further information as requested.

During a three day onsite visit, a consultant from the OpenNMS Group will upgrade OpenNMS to the latest stable version. They will also evaluate current configurations and provide feedback on how to optimize your implementation of OpenNMS.
