OpenNMS Meridian 2019.1.4 Released

Release 2019.1.4 is the fifth release in the Meridian 2019 series.

It fixes an HQL injection bug, as well as a few other issues. Hat tip to Johannes Moritz for the security report.

The codename for 2019.1.4 is Jupiter.
