OpenNMS ULTRA $59,995 For companies integrating OpenNMS into their own offerings, the ULTRA package combines 24×7 Support, Development Support, and the peace of mind of having a fully managed system. Have your own dedicated OpenNMS consultant.
Development Support $30,000 Covers unlimited support for one year, renewable, and includes access to developers for coding questions with respect to OpenNMS. This is in addition to a standard support agreement, and is included in the ULTRA package.
Custom Support Varies Custom support contracts are available to meet your exact needs.

OpenNMS Professional Services

Product Price Description
OpenNMS “GreenLight” Project $22,995 Turn-key Network Management. Combines installation, configuration, training and support services. Includes pre-visit check, one week of on-site services and one year Standard Support Subscription.
OpenNMS “GreenLight” Plus $29,995 A “Green Light” project with two weeks of on-site services.
24×7 “GreenLight” $44,995 A “Green Light” project that includes 24×7 Support Subscription and two weeks of on-site services.
OpenNMS “Getting to Know You” Project $4,000 Similar to the “Green Light” Project, this is a smaller, two-day engagement that does not include a support contract. Useful for evaluating or getting started with OpenNMS.
“Tune My OpenNMS” Project $6,000 A three-day engagement to upgrade OpenNMS to the latest stable version, examine how OpenNMS is being used and offer suggestions for improvement, as well as training on the latest features of the application.
OpenNMS Custom Consulting Varies Custom, project-based consulting to help deploy and integrate OpenNMS into your particular environment.

OpenNMS Training: The Basics $1,500/seat A three-day training course to cover all of the basics of installation, event management, data collection, service monitoring and troubleshooting. This is a hands-on course that includes various exercises to help students practice what they learn in lecture. Held at various sites around the world.
OpenNMS Training: Advanced OpenNMS $1,000/seat A two-day advanced course covering passive status monitor, provisioner, automations, help-desk integration, etc.
OpenNMS Training: Basic and Advanced $2,250/seat Save when all five days are purchased together.
Group Training – held at client location
On-Site OpenNMS Training: The Basics $6,000 A three-day on-site training course to cover all of the basics of installation, event management, data collection, service monitoring and troubleshooting. This is a hands-on course that includes various exercises to help students practice what they learn in lecture.
