November 2020 Releases: Horizon 27.0.2, Meridians 2018.1.24, 2019.1.14, and 2020.1.3

In the last week we did a bunch of work on nephron and flows, fixed a bunch of bugs including provisioning imports and CIFS, fixed timezone support in the Grafana database reports, and more.
In September, we released updates for all supported OpenNMS releases.
In the last week we did more bug fixing, continued the work of moving remote poller funcitonality to the Minion, OpenConfig support, Meridian 2020 prep, and more. Also, the presentations for Dev-Jam 2020 are now live.
OpenNMS is released on a monthly schedule, the first Tuesday of the month. The next scheduled release will be September 1st. In August, we released updates for all supported OpenNMS releases.
In the last week we we fixed a bunch more bugs, did more work on moving the remote poller to the Minion, and picked up work on Helm again. This week: DEV JAM!
