OpenNMS Meridian has several different subscription options. Whether you're a small business or a large, highly distributed enterprise, we have something that will fit your infrastructure—and your response needs.

The Entry subscription is designed for smaller businesses to install and self-service Meridian independently, utilizing our robust community for support.

The Essential and Premier subscriptions include installation consulting to make sure you're getting the most out of Meridian's capabilities. These plans also include support and guaranteed SLAs for issues, according to severity. Additional 24/7 emergency support is also available to ensure you're covered—no matter the time.

Managed Deployment

Outsource platform deployment and maintenance to us, so you can focus on monitoring what matters.

  • A service designed to help you get started quickly without worrying about the technical setup.

  • Initial deployment consultation to ensure the fastest time-to-value.

  • Platform upkeep support: Covers everything required to maintain the OpenNMS platform—patches, upgrades, additional server deployments, disaster recovery setup, etc., but excludes any configuration or management of the monitored network (e.g., adding new nodes).

Resident Engineer
