The Basic subscription is designed for smaller businesses to install and self-service Meridian independently, utilizing our robust community for support.

The Standard, Essential, and Premier subscriptions include installation consulting to make sure you're getting the most out of Meridian's capabilities. These plans also include support and guaranteed SLAs for issues, according to severity. Additional 24/7 emergency support is also available to ensure you're covered—no matter the time.

  • Initial deployment consultation to ensure the fastest time-to-value.
  • Platform upkeep support: Covers everything required to maintain the OpenNMS platform—patches, upgrades, additional server deployments, disaster recovery setup, etc., but excludes any configuration or management of the monitored network (e.g., adding new nodes).
