The OpenNMS Group works with an elite group of partners to bring the power of OpenNMS to as many users as possible. There are two levels of partnership:
OpenNMS Certified Partners
These companies have made a large commitment to the OpenNMS project, and they represent the highest level of support for the product available, on par direct support. A certified partner must maintain on staff a number of OpenNMS consultants who have completed a rather rigorous certification program. They have access to the main OpenNMS support system and can take first and second level support calls in the native language of their country. All of their services are ultimately backed by The OpenNMS Group.
OpenNMS Authorized Resellers
These are companies that are knowledgable on OpenNMS service offerings and can help their clients choose the best product for their needs. All services are still provided by the OpenNMS Group, but the purchase and renewal process can be made simpler for many clients as they can interact with a company in their own country and their own language.
